Refund policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

To request a return, exchange or warranty evaluation, please contact support@urf-us.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. All returns require prior approval and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Defective or Non-Conforming Products

Claims for defective, incorrect, or non-conforming products must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Customer-Initiated Returns

Returns requested due to ordering error or change of mind must be requested within 30 days of receipt and are subject to approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom, special-order, and non-stocked items are non-cancelable and non-returnable unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.

Return Shipping Costs

For customer-initiated returns, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping and any reshipment costs. For approved warranty claims or returns caused by URF’s error, URF will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs and cover shipping for repaired or replacement products.

Refunds

If approved, refunds are limited to the purchase price actually paid for the returned product and may exclude original shipping charges unless the return results from URF's error. A restocking fee of 10% of the product price applies to customer-initiated returns; this fee does not apply to warranty claims, defective products, or URF-error cases. Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong product or need to swap for a different variant (e.g., different connector type, frequency range, or pack size), URF accepts exchanges within 30 days of receipt, subject to approval and a valid RMA number. Exchanged items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation. The buyer is responsible for return shipping; URF covers outbound shipping on the replacement product. For exchanges of equal value, no additional product payment is required; for variant swaps with a price difference, the buyer is charged or refunded the difference.


WARRANTY CLAIMS

If you believe a product is defective or does not conform to specifications, please contact support@urf-us.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. All warranty-related returns require prior approval and require a valid RMA number. Claims for defective or non-conforming products must be reported within 7 days of delivery, unless a different written warranty period expressly applies. Approved warranty claims may be resolved by repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
